Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Watch Face and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides:

  • •A Garmin watch face
  • •License activation via device identification
  • •Subscription or one-time purchase access
  • •Backend validation and activation services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Watch Face on a single Garmin device per active license.

You may NOT:

  • ✕Reverse engineer or decompile
  • ✕Bypass license checks
  • ✕Share activation codes
  • ✕Resell or redistribute
  • ✕Use the Service for unlawful purposes

Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

Device Activation & License Binding

  • •Licenses are bound to a specific device ID.
  • •Changing devices may require reactivation.
  • •We reserve the right to limit activations to prevent abuse.
  • •We may suspend licenses suspected of fraud or sharing.
  • •We are not responsible for device changes, firmware issues, or manufacturer limitations.

Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Paddle (or applicable Merchant of Record).

By purchasing, you agree to:

  • •Paddle's terms and policies
  • •Automatic renewal if subscription-based
  • •Charges applied to your payment method

We do not store full payment details. Subscription cancellation must be done via Paddle or your payment provider.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We disclaim all warranties including:

  • •Fitness for a particular purpose
  • •Accuracy of displayed data
  • •Continuous availability
  • •Error-free operation

We do not guarantee compatibility with all Garmin devices or firmware versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • •Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for:

  • •Data loss
  • •Battery drain
  • •Device malfunction
  • •Health or medical consequences
  • •Third-party services failures

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from:

  • •Misuse of the Service
  • •Violation of these Terms
  • •Illegal activity

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • •For violation of these Terms
  • •For suspected fraud
  • •At our sole discretion

No refunds for terminated accounts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Ukraine.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
